At Egypt Time Co. UK Ltd, we take your payment security and financial protection seriously. This page explains how we process payments, keep your information secure, and ensure your booking is financially protected.

1. Payment Processing

  • All payments for qualifying travel arrangements are processed under the ABTA and/or ATOL protection (To be Announced) of our UK host company (“the Host” - To be Announced).
  • The Host’s secure merchant facilities ensure that your funds are held and processed in accordance with UK travel regulations.
  • Your booking confirmation will clearly state who processes your payment and under which protection scheme (ABTA, ATOL, or both - (To be Announced).

2. Secure Transactions

  • Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
  • We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers.
  • If you pay via bank transfer, instructions will be sent to you securely and will only contain verified account details.

3. Financial Protection

  • Where your booking qualifies for ABTA/ATOL protection (To be Announced), your money is safeguarded in accordance with UK law.
  • This means that if we or our Host (To be Announced) become insolvent, you will receive a refund, or, if you are already travelling, arrangements will be made for you to complete your trip or be repatriated.

4. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to request additional ID verification for certain transactions.
  • Suspicious or unusual payment activity may result in your booking being placed on hold until verification is complete.

5. Payment Schedule

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due by the date shown on your booking confirmation.
  • Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

6. Currency & Charges

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • If you choose to pay in another currency, your bank or card provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees.
