- Institution pays → Institution responsible

- Following enrolment, a secure payment link and payment instructions may be issued via email to the Participant or the Institution, depending on the applicable payment model
- A 50% deposit is required prior to the enrolment deadline as specified in the Programme Schedule
- Upon Programme Confirmation, the remaining balance and any selected extras are invoiced and payable within the specified timeframe.
- Upon receipt of full payment, the Programme Welcome Pack and final operational documentation are issued.
- All funds received by Egypt Time Co. UK Ltd are held in a PTS trust account
- Flight-inclusive packages are protected under ATOL
- Funds held by Egypt Time → protected
- Funds held by Institution → NOT protected unless transferred
- Financial protection applies only to funds received by Egypt Time Co. UK Ltd.
- Ensure participants are informed of all conditions
- Ensure compliance with behaviour and safety requirements
- Clearly communicate payment responsibility
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in participant disputes, operational disruption, or allocation of liability in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Only services listed in the Programme Schedule, such as but not limited to :
- Meet & Assist services at designated Egyptian airport(s) (where applicable)
- Airport collection and drop-off within published transfer windows
- Ground private transportation within Egypt
- 4- and 5-star accommodation (unless otherwise stated in the Programme Schedule)
- Food and beverage services (excluding alcoholic foods and beverages)
- Venue hire for workshops and exhibitions (where applicable)
- Required permits, licenses, and approvals for group activities
- On-site programme coordination and logistics
- Workshops, Activities, Panels etc. delivered in partnership with designated partner aligned with the Programme Schedule
- Delivery of workshops led by experienced international instructor(s), specified for each Programme Schedule or cohort
- Organised excursions and cultural visits as detailed in the Programme Schedule
- Certificate of Participation upon successful completion (where applicable)Delivered through independent third-party providers coordinated by Egypt Time.
Egypt Time Co. UK Ltd acts as organiser and coordinator of Programme Services but does
not own or directly operate third-party suppliers.

Cohort programmes:
- Open enrolment
- Mixed participants
Institutions must ensure participants:- Hold valid passports and visas
- Obtain travel insurance or, where not obtained, complete a Travel Insurance Waiver Form prior to participation
- Proof of insurance may be requested at the start of the Programme, including at the time of first hotel check-in.
- Follow programme conduct rules
Liability & Governance
Egypt Time Co. UK Ltd:
- Is responsible for programme organisation
- Coordinates third-party services
Not liable for:
- Independent supplier failures beyond control
- Participant misconduct
- External disruptions
Data Protection
Data collected includes:
- Personal details
- Medical/dietary info
- Emergency contacts
Used strictly for:
- Programme delivery
- Safety and compliance
All Programme participation, payments, financial protection, and delivery are governed by:
• The Programme Schedule
• The Terms & Conditions
• The Master Services Agreement (where applicable)
In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions, Master Services Agreement and Programme Schedule shall prevail.
